Occasions’ staff records the gift and the name of the guest who purchased the gift in the couple’s registry. If we have the item in stock, we will wrap and deliver it to the address the bride and groom have given on their registry. If we do not have the item in stock, we will send a gift card with a description of the gift and your name. The card is beautifully penned in calligraphy, wrapped and delivered to the bride and groom.

Yes! Please call Occasions and one of our expert staff members will be more than happy to describe additional items on the bride and groom’s registry, as well their prices. We can also pen an enclosure card with your personal message to send with the gift when it is delivered.
Absolutely! Your gift will be beautifully presented in our signature Occasions wrap. We will put a note on the gift indicating the gift is from you. If you buy multiple gifts, we will put the note on every gift so there's no confusion. That is our commitment to excellent customer service!
There are no shipping and handling charges for local deliveries. However, if your gift is being sent outside the city of Tampa, please call Occasions for shipping information.
If the order has not been processed, it may be possible to cancel it; however it may have already been processed by the time you contact us.
We will notify you as soon as possible, upon notification from the manufacturer, and let you know when the gift is expected to be available.
